I actually cleaned up the file a bit today. The colors are now even(ish), edges crisper, and I made your N a bit more N-like. Take your pick.
I hate to be that guy who's critical only because he can do a better job, but i really hate that cut-out filter on photoshop, assuming that's what was used. Also, considering that i'm starting a business where i'll be doing illustrative portraits 'similar' to these, it makes me want to combo large strings of obscenities as if i was playing Tales of symphonia. Like i hate your picture in the 'who did this blog' box, give me a picture lydia, i'll show you how it's meant to be done!
